Three essentials, one subscription
The things a household buys on a fixed rhythm, on one calendar, one wallet and one morning delivery.
Fresh, pasteurised milk from licensed dairies, at your door before 7:30 AM.
Sealed 20-litre jars from trusted brands and FSSAI-licensed local plants, in a morning or evening window.
Certified organic vegetables from farmer groups around Kolkata, pre-ordered by 10 PM and delivered next morning.
How it works
Choose milk, water or organic veg, set the quantity and pick the days: daily, alternate days, weekdays or your own pattern.
Add money to your haaat wallet. Each delivery is debited only after it reaches you, and you are alerted before the balance runs low.
Skip tomorrow, add an extra litre or pause for a week. Anything you change before 10 PM applies to the next morning.
Milk and organic veg arrive before 7:30 AM with a photo as proof of delivery. Water comes in the window you choose.
You stay in control
See every upcoming delivery by date. Tap a day to change the quantity or skip it.
One switch pauses milk, water and veg together for the dates you are away.
Pause from any date, resume on a date, or leave it open until you are ready.
Nothing is charged for a delivery that did not happen. Missed or damaged? Report it by 11 AM for a wallet refund.
A 9 PM reminder tells you exactly what is arriving tomorrow morning.
One account, one address book and one support team for everything you order.
Tested, traceable, from the source
Every water plant on haaat holds an FSSAI licence and shares a report from an NABL-accredited lab every month. A plant whose report lapses is paused automatically.
All milk is pasteurised by licensed dairies, as the law requires. When our own farm milk launches, a QR code on every pouch will show the village, collection time and test results.
We only call produce organic when it is certified under PGS-India or NPOP, and the certificate is shown on the product page. Uncertified produce is never labelled organic.
