If something is not in the market that day, you decide at checkout: remove it and get a refund, or replace it with something similar.

Sealed, leak-proof bags with ice gel, in a separate compartment of the rider’s bag.
Eggs that arrive whole
Boxed or trayed and carried on top. A cracked egg is refunded on a photo.
Cancel free until cut-off
Change your mind before the slot closes and cancel at no cost. After cut-off, the vendor has already bought your items.
Pay your way
UPI, cards and wallets, or cash on delivery where available. Weight refunds on prepaid orders are automatic.

Questions about fresh vegetable and fish delivery with haaat Bazar
What is haaat Bazar?
haaat Bazar is the fresh-produce section of the haaat app. You order vegetables, fruits, eggs and fish; a vendor from your local market buys and packs them; a haaat rider delivers them in the slot you choose. It sits beside haaat Food in the same app.
Where is haaat Bazar available?
haaat Bazar is live in select Kolkata PIN codes, starting around New Town, and is opening market by market. Enter your delivery address in the app to check. If your area is not live yet, the app shows Coming soon.
What are the delivery slots?
Morning 7–9 AM, afternoon 12–2 PM and evening 5–8 PM. Morning orders can be placed the night before, until 5 AM. The app only shows slots that are still open for booking.
How are prices decided?
Prices follow the day’s market rate and are fixed for each slot, so the rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay. Loose items are billed on actual weight, and you are never charged for more than you ordered.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until the slot’s cut-off time. After cut-off the vendor has already bought your items, so the order can no longer be cancelled.
What if an item is not available?
You choose at checkout: remove the item and get a refund, which is the default, or replace it with something similar.
How is fish packed?
In a sealed, leak-proof bag with ice gel, never in the same bag as fruit or vegetables, and carried in a separate compartment of the rider’s bag.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, cards and wallets, and cash on delivery where available. Weight adjustments on prepaid orders are refunded automatically.
Can I order Bazar and Food together?
They use separate carts. Food arrives straight from the restaurant; Bazar runs on scheduled slots. Both work from the same app and account.
